  2. Email enquiries: your address and whatever you write to us, used only to reply.
  3. Tax and liquor-licence records for what is served on the premises.
  4. Aggregate visit counts for this website, with no individual profiling.
How long

Retention

  1. Bookings: thirteen months after the date, then deleted.
  2. Email threads: twelve months from the last message.
  3. Financial records: seven years, as required by law.
  4. Website statistics: thirteen months, in aggregate form only.
Your rights

What you can ask for

  1. A copy of the information we hold about you.
  2. Correction of anything inaccurate or out of date.
  3. Deletion where we no longer need to keep it.
  4. A complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if we get it wrong.
